From 9 to 11 October in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, an ISO regional workshop on implementing national standardization strategies was held, which was organized by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in cooperation with the Center for Standardization and Metrology under the Ministry of Economic Regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic (KYRGYZST).

Second edition of the BiH standard BAS EN 206 + A1: 2018, Concrete - Specification, performance, production and conformity, was adopted by translation method through the Technical Committee BAS/TC 21, Concrete and related products, of the Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The standard is a translation of the English version of EN 206: 2013 with the amendment A1 from 2016.

Third edition of BAS EN 1125: 2018, Building hardware – Panic exit devices operated by a horizontal bar, for use on escape routes - Requirements and test methods, was adopted by a translation method through the Technical Committee BAS/TC 60, Doors and Windows, of the Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina into the system of BiH standardization.
This year's 41st ISO General Assembly and the 52nd DEVCO meeting were held in the Swiss city of Geneva, September 24-29.
Second edition of BAS EN 12207: 2018, Windows and doors – Air permeability - Classification, was adopted by translation method into the system of BiH standardization.
Third edition of BAS EN 581-1: 2018, Outdoor furniture - Seating and tables for camping, domestic and contract use - Part 1: General safety requirements and third edition of BAS EN 527-2: 2018, Office furniture - Work tables and desks - Part 2: Mechanical safety requirements, were adopted by translation method into the system of BiH standardization.
