d) baza podataka o registraciji u kojoj se nalazi takav prijenosni račun,
a koji je podnesen od strane vlasnika tog prijenosnog računa ili operatora berze za trgovanje za koga je
vlasnik računa obavijestio relevantno nadležno tijelo da je ovlašten napraviti takav zahtjev u vezi sa GO
koje se nalaze na njegovom (relevantnom) prijenosnom računu
