NAPOMENA 2 uz termin: „Zakonski i drugi zahtjevi” mogu da uključuju odredbe u kolektivnim ugovorima.
NAPOMENA 3 uz termin: Zakonski i drugi zahtjevi uključuju one zahtjeve kojima se određuju osobe koje su predstavnici radnika (3.3), u skladu sa zakonima, propisima, kolektivnim ugovorima i praksama.
