Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements and measures for all processes and products/services that must comply with Islamic rules in order to meet the conditions for obtaining a halal quality certificate.
All requirements of this standard are generic and are intended to be applicable to all organizations in the food chain regardless of size and complexity.
The conditions for determining compliance with Islamic rules for individual products/services are defined by special guides that refer to this standard.
