These BiH standards are part of a series of standards in the field of building information modelling - BIM, which is considered a modern approach to the design, construction and maintenance of engineering facilities.

The aforementioned BiH standards were prepared by the Technical Committee BAS/TC 21, Concrete and concrete products, within the project “Support to the implementation of BIM in Bosnia and Herzegovina” with financial support of UNDP and Czech Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing.
