Course “Professional Diploma in Total Quality Management”- Malaysia

Within the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP), “Professional Diploma in Total Quality Management” course was held in the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, from 9 January to 9 February 2016.

 

Course objectives are: to provide a satisfying customer’s needs; to improve all aspects of work through structured activities and control, improvement and planning activities that are carried in concern with guiding ideology that focuses on quality and customer satisfaction; to cope with the needs of society by the designing and developing an effective and result oriented TQM programme.

 

The course was attended by 17 participants from 17 European, Asian and African countries. All costs of transportation, accommodation, food and school fees was covered by the Government of Malaysia.

 

 

 

The Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Europe was represented by a colleague Zvjezdan Šehovac, senior associate for standardization in the field of IEC/ITU/CENELEC/ ETSI. It is our honor and pleasure to announce that our colleague Šehovac took high second place at the final exam. Congratulations!
