BiH standard BAS EN ISO 13686:2024, Natural Gas – Quality Designation.

The third edition of the BiH standard BAS EN ISO 13686:2024 has been prepared in a bilingual version, in Serbian and English.

The standard was prepared by the Technical Committee ISO/TC 193, Natural Gas.
This international standard specifies the parameters required to describe end-processed and, where necessary, blended natural gas.

The main part of this international standard contains a list of parameters, their units, and references to measurement standards. Informative annexes give examples of typical values for these parameters, with the main emphasis on health and safety.

In defining the parameters governing composition, physical properties, and trace constituents, consideration has also been given to existing natural gases to ensure their continuing viability.

BAS EN ISO 13686:2024 was prepared by the Technical Committee BAS/TC 31, Gas and gas engineering, of the Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
