On 08.11.2012 Mr. Alexis Meyer-Cirkel, representative of the IMF mission, visited the Institute for standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Mission visited Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to hold talks with BiH authorities within the first review of Stand-by Arrangement.

During the meeting, the Institute was represented by Mr. Aleksandar Cincar, Director of the Institute and Mr. Sead Bekic, Deputy Director, and the obstacles that hinder standardization of BiH exports to the EU in agriculture, processing, mining and steel processing industry were discussed.

Director and Deputy Director of the Institute informed the representative of the International Monetary Fund mission that Institute regularly meets all its European and international commitments in the standardization area.
