Within the project “Training of information/public relations  officers - phase II” the training “Communications Management”, was held on 31 May and 1 June 2017, in Teslić. The project is financed by the Public Administration Reform Fund.

The training was attended by the representatives of state institutions, institutions of the Republic of Srpska, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Brčko District.

The Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina was represented by Dejana Bogdanović, head of the Information and documentation department, and Biljana Maletić, associate in the Office of the Director and Deputy Director.

During the training the following topics were elaborated:

• Strategic communication process - developing the communication plan
• Strategic communication process - creative workshop
• Crisis communication
• Electronic communications
• Social networks

The training was rated as highly successful.
