It can be applied by organizations of all sizes and types and is compatible with other standards.
The main changes in this edition are as follows:
- subclauses were added on climate change, stressing the importance of the compliance culture;
- conflict of interest were addressed;
- the concept of the anti-bribery function was clarified;
- the wording was harmonized with other standards where appropriate and reasonable;
- the latest harmonized structure consistent with Annex SL of the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 1, was introduced.
