standardization in the area of social responsibility in order to provide guidance to all stakeholders (industry, administrative bodies or civil society) related to the content, terminology and definitions of social responsibility; the context of social responsibility depending on the activities of the organizations; integration, implementation and advocacy of Corporate Social Responsibility within the organizations and contribution to sustainable development; standardization in the field of Sustainable Cities and Communities including the development of requirements, frameworks, guidance and supporting techniques and tools related to the achievement of sustainable development considering smartness and resilience and encouraging the development and implementation of holistic and integrated approaches to sustainable development and sustainability; standardization in the field of governance relating to aspects of direction, control and accountability of organizations; and standardization in the field of vulnerable consumers.
