The first edition of Bosnia and Herzegovina standard BAS EN ISO 22300: 2016, Societal Security - Terminology, has been published, adopted by translation of European standard EN ISO 22300: 2014, Societal security - Terminology, which is identical to the international standard ISO 22300: 2012. The standard has been adopted by Bosnia and Herzegovina Technical Committee BAS/TC 59, Social security and protection.

BiH standard BAS EN ISO 22300: 2016 contains terms and definitions applicable to social security to establish a common understanding so that consistent terms are used.
