Announcement of a seminar on Eurocodes and their practical application in public works in Bosnia and Herzegovina
As part of the implementation of ČRA-ÚNMZ-ISBIH project “Strengthening the capacity of the national quality infrastructure for standardization and assessment of construction products in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, the Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ISBIH), in cooperation with the Czech Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing (ÚNMZ) , the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH and the Chamber of Economy of FBiH organizes a seminar on Eurocodes and their practical application in public works in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The seminar will be held on October 14, 2021 from 10:00 to 13:15 in the premises of the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH (Branislava Đurđeva 10, Sarajevo), in a hybrid format, i.e. live and via videoconference (Zoom).
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the number of live participants is limited.
The seminar is intended for competent institutions in BiH that adopt regulations and laws in the field of construction, designers of building structures with all their associated phases, contractors of building structures, professional associations in the field of construction, engineering chambers and all other stakeholders.
The aim of the seminar is to answer the participants' basic questions about standardization, European standards for Eurocodes, development of the second generation of Eurocodes and the application of Eurocodes in public works in BiH.
