Definition (EN)measurable result Note 1 to entry: Performance can relate either to quantitative or qualitative findings. Results can be determined and evaluated by qualitative or quantitative methods. Note 2 to entry: Performance can relate to the management of activities, processes (3.25), products (including services), systems or organizations (3.1). Note 3 to entry: This constitutes one of the common terms and core definitions for ISO management system standards given in Annex SL of the Consolidated ISO Supplement to the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 1. Note 1 to entry has been modified to clarify the types of methods that may be used for determining and evaluating results.

Rezultati mogu da se utvrđuju i vrednuju kvalitativnim ili kvantitativnim metodama. NAPOMENA 2 uz termin: Performansa može da se odnosi na upravljanje aktivnostima, procesima (3.25), proizvodima (uključujući usluge), sistemima ili organizacijama (3.1). NAPOMENA 3 uz termin: Ovaj termin predstavlja jedan od zajedničkih termina i ključnih definicija za ISO standarde za sisteme upravljanja koji su dati u Dodatku SL konsolidovanog ISO dodatka za ISO/IEC direktive, dio 1. Napomena 1 je modifikovana da bi razjasnila vrste metoda koje mogu da se koriste za utvrđivanje i vrednovanje rezultata.
