Abstract
Ovaj dio IEC 60512 koristi se za procjenu konektora iz područja primjene komiteta SC 48B koji se koriste u komunikacionim kablovima upredenih provodnika sa daljinskim napajanjem, kao što su ISO/IEC 11801 klasa D, ili bolja, uravnoteženo kabliranje podržano sa IEEE 802.3btTM (napajanje preko Eterneta, snaga napajanja do 90W). Cilj ovog dokumenta je da odredi ispitnu proceduru za određivanje sposobnosti seta konektora da podnese minimalno 100 mehaničkih operacija pod strujnim opterećenjem, gdje je struja koja protiče kroz konektore tokom procesa raspajanja u skladu sa IEC 60512-9-3.
