BiH standard BAS EN 81-50:2024, Safety rules for the construction and installation of lifts – Examination and tests – Part 50: Design rules, calculations, examinations, and tests of lift components.

The second edition of BiH standard BAS EN 81-50:2024 has been prepared in a monolingual version, Bosnian language.

The text of the European standard was prepared by the Technical Committee CEN/TC 10, Lifts, escalators, and moving walks, whose secretariat is held by AFNOR.

This standard specifies the design rules, calculations, examinations and tests of lift components which are reffered to bz ther standards used for the design of passenger lifts, goods passenger lifts, goods-only lifts, and other similar types of lifting appliances.

BAS EN 81-50:2024 was prepared by the Technical Committee BAS/TC 29, Means and devices for lifting and carrying goods, of the Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
