Seminar "New design language" has just been held
Organized by the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry Banja Luka, Baldinistudio International d.o.o. Novi Sad, Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Banja Luka and the Institute for Standardization of BiH, a seminar “New design language” was held in the premises of the Regional Chamber on Friday, July 10, 2020.
It’s about the state of the art BIM (Building information modelling/management) software solutions for architects, constructors and designers. BIM represents a new approach to the design, static analysis, time and cost calculation and building management throughout entire building life-cycle. Better cooperation with project participants, reduction of design and execution errors and reduction of project costs are just some of the benefits of BIM.
At the heart of each BIM project is a common model that connects all project participants and opens the possibility for the two most important BIM concepts - interoperability and collaboration. Cooperation between different computer programs and cooperation between project participants are the foundations of BIM.
All about BIM software solutions, seminar participants had the opportunity to hear eminent lecturers: PhD Danijela Kukaras from the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Subotica; Assistant Professor Gordana Broćeta from the Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Banja Luka, and Snežana Savić, Director of Operations of Baldinistudio d.o.o Novi Sad. Deputy Director of the Institute for Standardization of BiH, Borislav Kraljević, held a lecture about the application of BIM and the licensing conditions in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
