A meeting and round table on “BIM-Based Solutions for a Smarter Public Sector” was held in Banja Luka on 22 October 2025. The event was hosted by EDA – Enterprise Development Agency Banja Luka.

During the event, participants were introduced to the Interreg Europe project “BIM4Gov – Building Information Models for Complex Economic Procedures & Data-Based Permits.” After the presentation of the project, the results of a survey regarding the application of BIM in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the activities of the Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ISBIH) and BAS standards related to BIM, participants took part in an active discussion, sharing their experiences with BIM implementation and expectations for future activities in this area.

The event gathered representatives from design companies, public administration, academia, and development agencies. The Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ISBIH) was represented by Goran Tešanović, Assistant Director for Conformity Assessment, and Tihomir Anđelić, Head of the General Standardization Department.
