From May 15-17, 2024, the 26th National and 12th International Scientific-Professional Conference „Quality System a Condition for Successful Business and Competitiveness“, which was organized by the Association for Quality and Standardization of Serbia was held at Kopaonik.

This Conference provided a unique opportunity for professionals, researchers, students, and businessmen to share their experiences, latest knowledge, and innovations in the application of standards.

Two panel sessions regarding the following topics were organized:

-         Artificial Intelligence as a Key Element in Enhancing Business and Competitiveness;

-         New Challenges in Occupational Safety and Health.

A round table on the topic: How to Improve the Quality Infrastructure in Serbia was also held.

During this scientific-professional conference, papers were presented in the following thematic areas:

-         Management Systems;

-         Quality Infrastructure;

-         Business Excellence Models;

-         Knowledge Management;

-         Quality Culture;

-         Quality, Risks, and Opportunities;

-         Innovations and Quality.
