The Institute for Standardization of BiH has adopted the BAS EN 1992-4: 2021, Eurocode 2 - Design of concrete structures - Part 4: Design of fastenings for use in concrete, which is identical to the European standard EN 1992-4: 2018, Eurocode 2 - Design of concrete structures - Part 4: Design of fastenings for use in concrete and has the status of BiH standard.

BAS EN 1992-4: 2021 provides a design method for fastenings (connection of structural elements and non-structural elements to structural components) which are used to transmit actions to the concrete. This standard does not cover the design of the fixture.

The translation of the standard was prepared by the Technical Committee BAS/TC 61, Design of construction structures - Eurocodes 2, 4 and 6.
