New BAS ISO 44001:2024 for Collaborative Business Relationship Management Systems

The Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina has adopted the new BAS ISO 44001:2024, Collaborative Business Relationship Management Systems — Requirements and Framework, through the translation method. This standard establishes the requirements and framework for managing collaborative business relationships within or between organizations.

The standard provides a comprehensive framework for enhancing collaborative relationships, including business relationships with suppliers, customers, partners, and other relevant parties. standard covers all stages of the lifecycle of collaborative relationship, including:

  • Creation of values through collaborative approaches that contribute in achieving the common goals of organizations.
  • Planning and defining operational objectives of collaboration, identification of risks and opportunities, and risk management them to ensure the effectiveness of relationship.
