The third edition of BiH standard BAS ISO 21500:2024, Project, Programme, and Portfolio Management – Context and Concepts, has been published.

This document specifies the organizational context and underlying concepts for undertaking project, programme, and portfolio management. It also provides guidance for organizations to adopt or improve project, programme and portfolio management using the standards.

The new edition, in addition to improved guidelines, introduces an integrated approach to project, program, and portfolio management, enabling organizations to more easily achieve strategic goals and benefits.

BAS ISO 21500:2024 can be applied in various types of organizations, irrespective of their size or sector, and represents a useful tool for all professionals involved in project, programme, and portfolio management.
