The Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina has launched an initiative to establish a Technical Committee BAS/TC 67, Postal Services.

The scope of this Technical Committee, which envisions the development of standards for postal services and networks, includes:

• measurement of postal service quality;
• hybrid mail;
• automatic identification and tracking of postal items;
• mailboxes;
• addressing, postal codes and identifiers;
• forms.

in order to harmonize postal networks and improve service quality.

This Technical Committee would also include monitoring the work of the European Technical Committee CEN/TC 331, Postal Services.

The Institute for Standardization of BiH invites all stakeholders in Bosnia and Herzegovina to apply for participation in the work of Technical Committee BAS/TC 67, Postal Services.

The completed and signed application form, along with the résumé of your representative, should be sent by mail to the ISBIH address or scanned and sent in PDF format to the e-mail address: stand@isbih.gov.ba.
The deadline for submission of applications is 26 July 2025.
